Cellular Data Resources Refund Policy

This page summarizes our payment terms and our refund policy.

· Payment is due when you register for the course. You can pay online, or pay by check.

· If you cancel your registration for any reason prior to the beginning of the class, we will refund the registration fee with the exception of a 25% for processing fee.

· The processing fee (25% of total registration fee) is non-refundable.

· If you are paying by check, make sure the check will be received by us at least 14 days prior to the first day of class.

· If you pay by check it must be received at least two weeks prior to the class in order to reserve your space in a particular class. If it is not received your registration may be forfeited.

· We will issue a full refund or credit for a course you registered for if that course is cancelled by us for any reason. Credit will be issued in the same form as the original payment. For credit cards, please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.
